We find, as we are rural and outside a great deal, that many creatures are more up close and personal increasingly over the years. We can walk dogs, and robins will walk directly in front of us for a block or more. Snakes do not startle and slither away anymore. I step around garters on a daily basis. We have wondered about this too. We have no wildlife food shortages in our area.
Showing this to my insect lover, and she says why don’t we just quit using harmful pesticides?
I think greater care should be taken in this arena. We alter things which alters things and so on. Everything is connected. We could, as consumers, simply force the mar through our choices. Imho
I am just going to put this here. Our family will be doing all three books. This is much to think on. I guess when I actually have the books it will be simpler. Is there a list of just the tools that one would have to order. Like loupes, scales, microscopes and such? I am just thinking ahead, covid/delays. Thanks!
