Reproduction at the cell level

      Organisms being comprised of cells, have kids consider: How does the life of a new organism start. In the case of sexual reproduction, observations reveal that it starts with fertilization, the entry of a sperm cell into an egg cell and the combining of the egg and sperm nuclei to form the zygote, the first cell of the new the new individual. Subsequent cell divisions, growth, and differentiation of cells lead to the new individual.       Asexual reproduction

      Asexual reproduction is reproduction without involvement of eggs or sperm.  Cells in some part of the organisms parent body simply divide, grow, and differentiate in a way that gives rise to another individual. Strawberry plant provide an example as seen in the following video:
