Rising 7th Grader—which volume to use?

I’m new to the curriculum. I currently have a 3rd grader, a 4th grader, and a 6th grader. I’m planning to use ASAP the first volume for my two young ones, should I include my 6th grader or just jump to volume 3? She loves math and science and seems to have the aptitude for those subjects. Thank you!
